    It's already a blood bath over mayo. A person died, an other seriously hurt. Some people might argue that it couldn't have happened like that without a gun.

    Smuggled in from the South? The guns are smuggled TO the south. The US is the biggest arms supplier of those drug gangs in the south. lol
    And why should I have a plan? While I do think you don't need to invent some policy and hope it works.
    The other western nations already have figured it out.

    1. Quickly give the perp a quick but fair trial.

    2. Then one appeal to take place within a year.

    3. Then execution via the electric chair, gas chamber, or hanging.

    This approach to criminal justice would probably eliminate a great deal of violent crime. With our system , if a capital punishment takes place, it is 20-30 years latter when no one even remembers the crime.

    Yeah, they have to execute the guy while people still remember who he was. If there’s a video of this murder that absolutely, positively and guarantees the guy on trial is the shooter, then execute him tomorrow. Put it on TV and make it a PSA.

    That would also be a good option because opioids are incredibly pleasurable, but still, I like the idea that one moment you are completely fine, and before your pain receptors reach your brain, your brain no longer exists.

    Literally painless. You wouldn't even know anything had happened. Under $2 a shell.
