Dark cloud of illegitimacy hangs over Donald Trump’s pending presidency

1. It really interested in dumb conspiracy theories. So keep those to yourself.
2. No president in the history of our nation has been elected as a result of the 'popular vote'. The popular vote doesn't mean (*)(*)(*)(*). We do not live in a society that would allow the mob to rule. That's just dumb.

You again claim there was a conspiracy - even though there is no evidence there was a conspiracy.

Why do you believe some unknown Russian who claims there was a conspiracy and do not believe Julian Assange who claims the leak was from a Hilary insider. And Assange knows exactly who leaked the emails.

And even if all that you state is true - the emails have never been denied, they are true and accurate and provided the American voters with TRUE data with which to base their vote.

If the Russians leaked them, then we owe the Russians a debt of gratitude for exposing the TRUTH and puncturing the propaganda conspiracy of the media and Democrats.

This "investigation" into Russian hacking is nothing more than a scam to smear and deligitimize Trump by the losers. And the losers are the "progressives", the Republican establishment, the #never Trumpers, etc. Losing is "bipartisan".

 

If that were true then why is it president elect Donald trump and not Clinton? Trump won. You lost. At some point you are going to have to accept that.

 

The only thing that's illegitimate is any claim of liberal sanity.

The Democratic Party right now is a ship of fools.

So, when did china stop having their imports from the US being more than scrap metal?

If any nation depends upon exporting domestic produced goods for economic health, you are hurting the other nation, in that their own workers could be making those goods, providing employment. This is what free traders ignore. Likewise, if our consumer goods come from china, you are employing Chinese and not employing americans. SO the question is, should trade policy create perpetual unemployment in America? We never allowed that until recently, and yet, employing our own people, making what we consume created the richest, most powerful nation on earth. So, that recipe works, and we used it from the founding of this nation until recently.

IN short, if you must depend upon exports to have a healthy economy, one that provides essential jobs, you are FUBAR. The only way you can employ the max number of our own people is to make what we consume. Period. This principle never changes.

The purpose of trade was never what it has come to be today, with neoliberalism. But then free trade isn't about trade so much as about offshoring our economy to max out elite profits. It is a scheme.

Every nation should be making what their population consumes, and trade is done then to keep good relations and for stuff like French wine, and raw materials. For if we run trade surpluses with another nation, that represents unemployment in that nation. For they should be making what we sell them. If we run trade deficits, which we do, in huge numbers, this represents lost jobs here, and not employing our own people. The (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) is, people have to have jobs in order to survive. Yet we place the profits of the elites over this. And that is treason on the People.

The purpose of trump tariffs would be to force the offshorers back to the US, to employ us, instead of communists. And unless we move back to what our founders set up, the middle will continue to shrink, people in poverty will go up, and we will eventually have a revolution, an ugly one. For this scheme of free trade cannot be sustained, except in fairy tale thinking.

 

The electors who meet tomorrow need to show courage and do the RIGHT thing ... acknowledge the fact that this was a badly tainted election which produced an illegitimate president-elect.

It's called corruption. Ever heard of it? The GOP has been relentlessly pursuing voter suppression schemes for years now, and lobbyists are buying politicians to make sure that happens. And guess what, it happened.

Not legally, and it was proven. I have yet to have one person from the Right step forward with credible counter evidence to challenge the numbers and facts. Why? Because they know they can't.
