Nah, in order to vote you just need to able to push some buttons or color in a circle. Citizen or not, alive, dead, who cares, right? But In order to legally own a gun, you need a full body cavity search, can't carry it anywhere, it can't hold more than 7 bullets, can't be semi-auto. To illegally own a gun, you just need to go down to the corner and buy one off a guy.
