That would be the best defense because it is true. There is ample evidence that the Clintons have violated many criminal statutes. A rookie prosecutor could convict her and her crew for crimes associated with her private email server - with ease.

You should be asking if this criminal behavior should discourage her supporters from voting for her. That is the better, more interesting question.

 

No, the more interesting question is why it is ok to vote for someone who platformed on illegal immigration, while having actually profiteered, and been sued, successfully I might add, for doing so.

Yes, I saw Giulani's list of federal laws broken, and he is an expert in this area. Aphotic, is in my opinion, and honest sincere contributor on this forum. Keep in mind - emotions are running high at the end of election cycles. I think Clinton should be rejected, but I have some sympathy for her supporters that fear she will lose to Trump. Everything about Trump offends them. Trump is politically incorrect.

 

I'm personally against Hillary because I supported Bernie. Trump was right about him. I am also against PC, and think it is for soft skinned people who can't stand dissent.

The existing laws forbid employers from hiring illegal immigrants, they also forbid paying lower then minimum wage. He has skirted the law, and I suppose that does make him a criminal, right?

Trump has been proven right about the rigged DP primaries. He is also right about the crooked trade deals. I like his embrace of school choice and medical savings accounts which both transfer capital and power to the people and away from the bureaucratic structure.
But Trump is no angel. He is a very tough, earthy, and often ruthless businessman. I respect Kaepernick's reaction to this election - which seems to mirror yours.

A case can be made to reject both candidates, but the case against Clinton is far stronger than the one against Clinton. Kaepernick is spot on about Clinton.

It could very well be true. When things don't add up, there is likely a logical reason for it.
