Nancy and Chuck and Joe and Little Tommy haven’t a clue how to tee up to the new game, do they? Is the fix in? Has Goldman-Sachs and the rest of The Street paid them all off so they don’t even make half an effort? Probably not. Nope, apparently they are just a bunch of sheep being herded by dogs. There’s a Floyd album in here somewhere. In fact I’ll need that album and a four year supply of DMT come November.

Joe Biden for President!? Good Lord how did that become an option. He’s effing 77. He’ll be 78 if elected and 82 if re-elected.

He’ll likely be trying to emphasize his bravado going up against Trump and for a guy who’s been sticking his foot in his mouth since he first ran for President it is not likely he’ll debate well against Trump.

Roy Cohn would be proud of the smear campaign that Dirty Donald is going to unleash on poor Joe. It is going to be epic. Somehow not only are they certainly going to expose dirt on dumbfella Hunter, the dirtbag GOP will likely find a way to drag Beau, his dead wife and child and his current wife into the dirt.

And then there’s Nancy. The impeachment mastermind, Not. When you have a POTUS that has been holding divisive campaign rallies on the entire electorate’s nickel since day 1 and you reclaim the house - guess what you do to match the Con game: you begin continuous Impeachment hearings on multiple charges until the elections. What have you got to loose? Moscow Mitch is tossing your bills in the ditch anyway.

Chuck, ugh..., really? He and Mitch should go make turd babies together while they figure out their next best insider investments. The Senate is the death of our Republic.

And then there’s Tommy ‘Who’ Perez? Who is he and what does he do? He should go for cruise to Tahiti with Donna Brazile.

I'm not discounting Bernie and his base from pulling out a big surprise, both in the nomination itself and in November, it seems unlikely that he can get past the dnc, which will be a big hurdle but the possibility is still there.

And he's still head and shoulders above Trump, you know that and so does anyone else who hasn't pulled the MAGA hat down so far they can't even breathe, let alone see

I especially like the way you go on about how Trump's being 73 makes him a paragon of youth vs Biden's 77 (esp since Biden is known to eat healthily and Trump's arteries probably pump pure cholesterol by now) And then there's how Biden's occasional gaffe means the Covefe king will debate so well against him

I don't think Democrats are going to make good breakfast food this year

The point is besides whether or not I know it.

I never mentioned Trump's age so it is jacked that you mention me going on about it comparatively. And you are missing the point which is that Trump does not give a feck and will pivot all around Joe with pure hustler bs. Joe will get flustered. They are both too old....

Not quite following your last sentence, ?

Nice - reminds me of my dear chemist bud that always asserted with perfect conviction that if I really understood quantum mechanics then I would understand that it is perfectly plausible to put a pan of water onto a fully fired Bern'er only to see the water freeze!

If Bernie and Biden had the same voting record, maybe but that isn't the case. There is a reason America passed on Biden twice before. Plus Bernie does well west of the Mississippi...

I don’t believe you’re appreciating how much this cycle will be about Don, not Joe or Bernie. It’s a referendum on the stench emanating from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

There is little doubt to me that the Bern takes all of the west coast.

I think Bernie would be a better president as long as congress was solidly republican.

I think Biden will be nominated because of DNC anti Sanders efforts. I also think Trump will destroy Biden in debates.

I tend to think people will vote with their wallet, not their noses. You side offers higher taxes, open borders, and plenty of pipe dreams, good luck with that...

You didn't mention Trumps Age but you did Biden's, ("he's effing 77") as if it made a difference, I though a little whataboutism was apt.

Biden has been a national pol for more years than Trump has had multiple wives. He's dealt with more " pure hustler bs" than Trump has even ever thought the world would tolerate and from the most prominent and successful group of downright evil con men that have ever existed, the US Congress. Joe's not going to get "flustered" but Trump may have a meltdown and start a fistfight. The Trumpers will love him even more, no question but they already do and always will. I somehow don't think that will get him many Independent voters, however.

I honestly hope the disdain is motivation enough, because the inspiration from these that I mention in my OP is, uh, let's just say less than inspirational, as well as the Bern.

Only to a degree. The main problem I see with Trump now is that he scares people. This impeachment thing has shown us a President that is deep into uncharted territory as far as turning the US into an autocracy and most of us, political junkies or not, are really not into seeing that happen. We realize, for the most part, that it's not really the President who makes our 401K's valuable but he very well might be the one who starts arresting us for having a Hispanic/Arab/Un'Murican sounding name or our wives for having been in the NOW 20 years ago, etc..

Biden has been a national pol for more years than..., DOES NOT WORK IN LIBS FAVOR!

He's dealt with more " pure hustler bs" than Trump has even ever thought the world would tolerate..., Dude - have you not been paying attention these past 3 & 1/2 years?

.../downright evil con men that have ever existed, the US Congress. Interesting, and quite possibly of at least some merit....

I stand by my prediction my Russian Troll Comrade, FFS, at least you are transparent about it.

What do you think of my other suppositions? Like my idea to pursue continuous impeachment?

Do you honestly conflate the kind of ******* bullying that wouldn't even impress most High School students with honest debating skills? That is one of the most repugnant things about Trump, he is the leader of the Free world and comes off like the guy haranguing everyone from the end of the bar in his interviews

I've never been outside of even the USA's East Coast. Are my English skills really that bad that you see me as Russian?

Real charisma, no. But Trump has less of that than honest golfing talent. People may be bemused by an amazingly boorish oaf for a little while, but that wears thin right rapidly

Where do come up with stuff? I haven't seen one thing that even hints at what you imply. I often wonder if I live in the dimension as American liberals...

Do you mean that Pelosi should have held off on the impeachment? Just putting the investigation on the back burner but crippling Trump's campaign with constant new crimes and then finally dropping the whole thing on him like a pile of bricks in July? That was my idea and I think it would have worked. I still don't know why she didn't do that instead of giving him almost a whole year to shout "Fake News" "Hoax" and "Completely Exonerated". (though it was none of those and he definitely wasn't)
