Try actually reading the report and not just what was clipped for you. He made it clear he saw no basis for criminal charges.

Unlike you, I read the report. There was no basis for criminal charges. Hell, you even failed to provide any here.

 

You need to actually read the report. It contained NO criminal charges and NO recommendation for criminal charges. Why make this **** up?

You haven't read it. The report EXPLICITLY states that it recommends no criminal charges. Come back after reading.

 

The fact that she did not work for the Penn center is irrelivant if, as she said, she was working for Joe Biden.
The timeline may be a concern but even if it omits several months that at best gets it back to 2021 which is after the election so unless further flaws in the timeline can be found it does not support the theory that they were covered up before the election.
The fact that the documents were in boxes is not relevant in that Chung testified she opened the boxes and quickly went through the folders. It is possible that she may have not recognized some that were there or may have misst some, but it does not change her claim that she saw none in the documents she handled.
The fact that a lot of people had access to the documents at the Penn Center is a problem if they were looking at classified documents, but it has not been shown that they were classified, only that 5 or 6 people had access to documents at the Penn center.

Has the FBI found any evidence in their investigation into the documents or how they were handled that strengthen Comer or Hur's case against Biden?

 

It is not up to Hur.. it's in Garland's lap. It is up to Hur's boss and top man in the executive branch to oversee the report and execute indictments on laws that he sees were broken... it would be a dereliction of duty and oath for Garland to let his underling not press charges for obvious violations... The Judiciary Committee will vote on May 16 on recommending Attorney General Merrick Garland be held in contempt of Congress for withholding the audio recordings of the interview with president Biden... the claim by the DOJ it would violate personal information about the president is friggin outright laughable...

I didn't realize Biden had been indicted, Hur declined to do. Did one come out of the House Committee?

Yea.... You need to read the report... seems, as pointed out before.... Remus was rummaging through the files in March of 2021... a year and a half before the lie the public was told about November....

What would be interesting is to have an investigation of the investigators..

Why?
It is the duty and oath of Garland to read the report and prosecute even if his underling refuses... Hur not indicting means nothing.... it does not stop with a written report...
Wow.... Iran documents..... maybe he was keeping them back when we get in a war with Iran.

 

Why would Garland indict if Her said not to indict? I think he would need further evidence to do that.

 

Garland oversees Hur.
