I have been. Was driving between Fort Huachuca and Tombstone out in the middle of nowhere and was stopped ny boarder patrol. And this was back in the Clinton years.
You just love getting worked up over nothing. All you have to do is say yes then carry on. It amazes me how liberals look to government for every thing then when government tries to do something people go to pieces. You start post after post about ban this gun, ban this magazine, ban assault rifles , if all that would happen how would they in force any of it with out asking citizens questions? Y
True as long as you do not want to buy cigarettes, alcohol, enter some casinos, register to vote, drive, buy a weapon, open a checking acount, apply for credit, set up an account with the utility company and so on.
If you are carrying concealed the officer should not be able to see your weapon but you are required to have your permit on while doings so. If you are carrying open in my state I would not need to show him a permit for the weapon because my state does not issue permits to have a weapon. They do issue permits to purchase so that you can just fill out the paper work and walk on out of the store without calling in to the ATF data base. But other than that there really is nothing they can do, they will most definitely show up and ask you what you are doing because some body called them up saying a guy is walking around with a gun, then they will ask you nicely not to do that because they will continue get call.
If you were serious, then it's ALL of them. However, y'all can't figure a way out so y'all are focusing on a dumb wall.
Except you can't tell who is a citizen and who isn't. What if those ladies were speaking Chinese? Will the moronic agent ask for their papers? Likely not. Your point is mute.
Yet those on here from the right side of the aisle claimed that Trump scare tactics actually reduced the number of illegals crossing the border. Somebody lied, but I can't figure out who actually lied.
He may not have it for long. "I said, 'I was born in El Paso, Texas.' And he look at my friend, and my friend said, 'I was born in El Centro, California.' So, he said, 'I need to see your ID,'" Suda said. She said the agent told her to show her ID before she paid for the goods. While he was looking at it, she began recording the encounter on her cell phone, asking him to say on video why he'd asked for her identification card. https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/22/us/montana-border-patrol-spanish-trnd/index.html Once they said they were US citizens he had NO right to ask for their ID's. He may become a desk jockey shortly.
You can certainly suspect people. Hispanic looking and speaking Spanish is a prime characteristic. Becoming instantly defensive when approached by an authority figure is another dead giveaway. It’s like a bearded Muslim young male acting nervous in an airport. There is no law against law enforcement acting on their instincts. You want them to use their instincts. And by the way the word is moot. It wasn’t a typo. The more you know the further you’ll go.
They speak English, but they were speaking Spanish .......................to each other. Now what law did they break?
Where did I claim you claimed they had? See the cane looking thing (?). I asked a question and never claimed you said they broke a law.
