It violates the rights when not legally owned, because only those guns in possession of unpermitted people are actually involved in the vast majority of shootings. Is that hard to understand. The other infantile idea is to brag about people with permits being less likely to commit gun crimes then sit there and deny that legally permitting people who own guns is reasonable. Only guns in possession of people can be used to commit crimes. If you can explain to me how non possessed guns can shoot people, do it.
