No... That is not how it was referrenced... it was referrenced AFTER the dispatcher stated that the police is on the way and for him to stop following the child...

Which he didn't and continue to do what the dispatcher stated. He had, at that point, already made up his mind to confront the child and NOT LET THIS ONE GET AWAY!!

You're right, I typed too fast...it was a 911 dispatcher that told him not to follow Zimmerman, and that was good advice, given the way this whle thing turned out. Zimmerman had no way of knowing anything about Martin's background when he started following him. His suspicion came solely from what the man was wearing.

Martin did not try to break into Zimmerman's house.

According to Martin's girlfriend, who was the last person to talk to Martin before Zimmerman...Martin stated someone was following him, and his girlfriend suggested he run. Martin's relpy was something to the effect "I'm not going to run"

It's easy to imagine Martin getting annoyed and feeling threatened when Zimmerman asked him what he was doing there.

IMO...this whole thing boils down to one simple thing....proximity.

If Martin was shot while he had his hands on Zimmerman, he'll not be prosecuted or arrested....and nobody saw that except Zimmerman. So it's pretty darned unlikely Zimmerman will go down.

However, and unfortunatly ( if he's really innocent), Zimmerman's life is ruined no matter what.

Goldie, I will agree that Invader Zim’s life is completely ruined unless he goes into protective custody. But, I disagree with you that he will get off. From the video, it shows a man that has no evidence of injury. Also, with the proximity situation. If Trayvon was close enough and Zim was thinking his life would end – Tray would have to be close… Arm distance if not closer…

Where is Trayvon’s blood on Invader Zim’s body? There isn’t any… If Trayvon had his hands on Zimmerman – he will not walk, he will go to jail because that is hearsay… There is no evidence of this. No blood showing that Zimmerman was underneath Tray… Zimmerman is done..
