    Funny - http://data.bls.gov/search/query/re...ts&term.x=10&term.y=6&filter=0&sa=Search#1194

There is your site with a Search that you can clearly see "Unemployment Rate after The JFK Tax Cuts" over on the left and I don't see the graphs?

Does anyone else? I mean it shoud be the first hit since there are like "SEVEN" seven hits on the search for that - it's exactly the same...

So again - where did you get those graphs because you are obviously TELLING US LIES about where you got them from.

If you want to be taken seriously - then be serious and stop posting make believe - fairtale - Lord of the Rings: The Search for the Link posts that you can't back up please join a site that is for juveniles and spin your wild tales there...

    Good Gawd....

    http://data.bls.gov/cgi-bin/surveymost?ln

Click the civillian unemployment rate....input the years you desire.....click "Include Graph"......apologize....and admit Liberalism is the Complete Fraud and Utter Lie that it is and always has been.

Certain Powers are enumerated to The Federal Government in the Constitution/Democrat TP......today's liberal nanny state has gone well beyond the role that the Founders and our Forefathers intended.

King George is back....in Black......but only for a bit longer.

Why would I want to leave now?.......for the first time in a long time.....We The People are going to have Representation.......

Only slivers of liberalism left to eradicate......with extreme prejudice in 2012.

Unemployment Rate after The Reagan Tax Cuts
    [IMG]

Unemployment Rate after The Bush Tax Cuts
    [IMG]

The three largest tax cuts in US History......yielding three of the largest periods of economic, revenue, and job growth in US History.[/QUOTE]

Reagan raised taxes a bunch of times and you exclude most of the Bush tax cut.

Kennedy changed the top tax rate to 70%. And had the lowest level of unemployment.

Good argument for reinstating the top 70% tax rate.

Indeed he did...but his tax cuts dwarfed his tax hikes....

I include when the Bush tax cuts were fully implimented.....

Or a good argument to lower taxes.....creating jobs.... everytime its been tried....100% success rate.

So your argument is that it's not the rate of taxes, but lowering them that matters?

Shoot, let's make the top tax rate 100%, and then we can lower it a couple percentage every year or so and enjoy decades of prosperity.

That's why I enjoy about these forums. The thoughtful economic analysis I see in them.

Im saying tax cuts represent the best form of stimulus in history.........and long term tax rates determine long term growth rate.

    ...ok completely destroy the economy.....gotcha....

And after you explode unemployment.......yes tax cuts will improve job growth......as they have every time they have been tried.

Dont forget the free education too........

How come so many people are unemployed now? With all these tax cuts we should be at full employment by now.

I guess we should just stop taxing everyone alltogether.

I mean...if your theory is correct.

And tax rates were still lower in the end, yes he had a Democrat Congress he had to compromise with, they wanted higher tax rates. Simply put the era would have been even better and Reagan prevailed totally.

And revenues grew 44% after the second round of Bush tax cuts and we had 52 months of full employment.

And are you asserting we go back to the same system of deductions and credits during the Kennedy years? You failed to mention there were LOTS more deductions and that he changed the rate DOWN not up. Typical you leave out those salient facts.

This has been a very good discussion overall but it has exceeded the 500 post limit and per the site owner's direction I'm going to have to close it. If member's want to continue the discussion then please create a Part II to do that. If I'm notified I will add a link to this post to direct members to the new thread and can even add the existing poll numbers to a new poll that continues the poll of members on the subject. Just drop me a PM.
