If people were responsible they'd address questions and replies in threads they start ...........or look like trolls who have no point....like here....
The same could be said about most of societies problems. But that doesnt change the fact that people AREN'T more responsible, and making laws isn't going to change that. What is it exactly that you aim to illustrate here?
The question denies human nature. People like to pretend we have total control over ourselves, but if we were really that cerebral we would be living in a utopia free of crime, violence, strife and poverty.
The difference of wearing a condom is what 80% to 1% chance of pregnancy? Putting on a condom requires very little more effort.
Laws do change that. Having more consequences for your actions encourages responsible action. Thats why we have seat belt laws.
But having one at the time opportunity arises and being willing to wait until one is available takes a lot of effort. We don't always think with our brains.
