    And their dogs.

Before Trump was elected the two check points I drive through twice a week were staffed with just one or two guys and no dogs. Last January, almost immediately, the began staffing the check points with ten or twelve guys and two dogs.

Border control I can agree with.
Not some useless wall that Mexico isn't going to pay for. As promised.

Are the walls in your house useless?

We have walls and fences at the border already.
    And they are working.
The story of the OP is about smuggling. Because the walls and fences are working.
I don't add walls in my house, for the sake of wanting another wall, that would be a waste of money.
Even if someone said my neighbor will pay for it. Knowing my neighbor will not pay for it and I will have to pay for it.

Good informative topic. I think it is important that we know all sides of a story, rather than just the ten kids who became doctors or scientists out of the tens of millions who immigrated. I've posted about this before in other threads, but never provided sources, if my memory isn't failing. I'd found blurbs in searches for other topics which had some overlap in this area. I was not surprised it was done. I was surprised at the seeming regularity and the knowledge that it was regularly happening and little to no progress was being made to prevent or curtail this crisis.

The money is easily made. Those kids don't really exist due in part to the inaction of Congress and the institution of DACA(the rug sweeper). That law allowed this to happen and supports it. How long has DACA been in existence? Yeah. I thought you'd gasp. I did.

If you have any confidence in our government, raise your hand. That's what I figured.

Let's give more to Africa and the PLO so they can kill each other. It's more important to allow the freedom to smoke pot so we don't think about the real world much. I'm not so happy with the things our leaders think are important. They have very short sited thinking. They are selfish.

I'm starting to realize why we are called the Great Satan by some.

This group of people isn't much different than many other groups of people.
You will have your success stories and your failures.
Doesn't matter too much which group of people you talk about. And then you have the majority of those just surviving as comfortable as one can.

Sometimes we get them after they're far through. The Hancock County Sheriffs Office arrested a convoy of 22 illegal immigrants on I-10 this week just past the Louisiana border. They had 8 pounds of meth, but it could only be tied to four of them.

Those deputies saved many American lives.

I wish people caught with that shat could be executed on the spot.

Yeah but not real often. There were days I drove that road and never saw another car.

Let’s cut to the chase. The last two democrats who ran for president both signed off on funding a wall a dozen years ago. But now that the democrats see their future as relying on the votes of illegals, as per their own memo, democrats are suddenly against the very wall they supported. The crazy part is that obama and Clinton switched horses in mid stream and not one of their followers asked why because they don’t ask questions, they just do what they’re told.

It's true that Mexicans, nor all Mexicans are the only immigrants who bring in girls and boys for the sex industry. I never meant to imply they were alone in this. However, DACA and this thread is talking about them specifically. If you want to discuss immigrants from other nations and op allows, we can. They can be thwarted, probably with a little more success, if we tighten immigration laws by removing this chain migration thing and the lottery. It's sad that the good are lumped with the bad, but it is better to protect the innocent and powerless than those adults who can find another way.

I honestly didn't intend my post to be racist. I didn't include all for the intention to follow the topic.

That is the real issue on the table, isn't it.
R's are afraid if made legal, that would weaken them at the polls.
Which is BS, why would every single Mexican immigrant that become a citizen only going to vote D? Or the majority of them? And the amount of them is not going to sway many elections.

R's, for the last decade have been all about limiting everyone's right to vote, but white and working white people.
Poor, black, mexican, they are doing their best to stop them from being able to vote.

But you nailed it. It's about R's voting block.

oh so now this is about the republican war on drugs, how about we just end the war on drugs and stop funding gangs
legalizing Marijuana is a good step

when we outlawed things like Cocaine, we got artificial drugs like Meth
