This woman, who seemed a little out of place, was concerned about the noise coming from a pool party, but for the most part the people attending the party seemed to be getting a kick out of her. But out of no where comes this one dude who tackles her and then throws her into a pool. No one jumped in to save her. Whatever happened next seems to have caused a stampede.

I have a few yuge beefs with this; first, the total lack of respect young people have regarding today's senior citizens. Second, the lack of media coverage on this which would be intergalactic news had the colors been reversed. Three, that Antifa porn star girl who went looking for violence got it, I think her name was Snatchsquatch, received more coverage and sympathy than this victimized woman ever will.

WTF was that? Like a bunch of herding animals, and who the hell was raised to treat an elderly person like that? The man who grabbed her, tackled her, and threw her in the pool should be arrested for assault.

How are these CHILDREN so appallingly racist that they don't even regard this woman as human. And that tiny little dog - even racists can sometimes defend animals where they wouldn't defend a human being. I get that their ancestors were regarded as less than human, but that is precisely why they ought not be raised this way. It's shocking to me.

What hope do any of them have for a good and successful life? This is so much more than just not raising racists, it's about raising goodness and decency.

 

The article doesn't seem to say where the attack occurred. Since most States have added penalties for attacks against elderly people the perp could be facing a long prison sentence.

From a practical matter the woman was foolish when she went to confront the crowd. She should have simply called 911 and the thug cops would have shown up, gassed and beat the people and arrested a dozen or so. But since she ended up with a busted head she might be able to get some money from the Victim's Assistance Fund.

If your neighbors were considerate they would ask you to their party or be mindful that they might disturb their neighbors, which could result in legal problems for themselves. The basic fact is that people are simply too stupid to live in the modern world. No one seems capable of learning from other people's mistakes. The woman is old enough to know that such a crowd would not respect her wishes so she shouldn't have thought that they would. The crowd should have known that their noise would cause other people to complain but they just didn't give damn. So yes, the woman should have ratted them out to the cops or gone to a movie or shopping or to the park or to the library.

BTW, since it was at an apartment complex the management should have taken to point in addressing the noise problem.

 

She should sue the property owner, the promotion company and the scum that tossed her. I doubt he meant to drop her but who really knows since he showed zero regard for her well being after he did it.

The tosser should be charged with animal cruelty as well as assault. The sad part is he'll probably get a stiffer penalty for animal cruelty than assaulting the woman.
