They are long time never Trumpers who both left their previous gigs (Hayes when Weekly Standard went under and Goldberg left National Review) in order to found The Dispatch, a never Trumper website which is obsessed of course with all things Trump. I think they were both looking to get out of their Fox contracts and I expect to see them with higher paying contracts with either MSNBC or CNN.

You implied they called out Carlson's deceitful special in order to opportunistically cash in elsewhere. The fact is people inside Faux also complained to management about Tucker's hack job in support of a lie.

 

No matter how much smoke you guys throw at this the truth is Carlson produced a steaming pile (for which there has been no consequence) of sh*t in defense of the Jan. 6 mob. Worse, Faux allowed him to put in on the air. Besides OANN and Newsmax no station would have done so. For Faux it's routine disinformation.
