Also, it's extremely arrogant to demand that those you help come to you for that help, and strictly on your terms. Thought experiment ... if something terrible happened to America, and a distant govt in a very alien land (lets say .... Iraq) said 'we'll help you - and there are two options for that help .. you can come here and live the rest of your life as an Iraqi, or you can move to Canada and we'll send money to help you get started'.
