I will play your game... how is evolution real? It is a religion that was brought up to defy RELIGION!!! If I am wrong then prove it... there has to be some scientific evidence to show evolution is a real thing...

That isn't how it works. You've made a definitive assertion, it is on you to back that assertion up. I don't even need to "believe evolution is real" to question your claim that it is a religion. After all, I recognise lots of religions without believing in the elements they're based on. All you need to do is provide the definition of religion you're using and establish that evolution meets it. If you're so certain of your claim, that should be very straight forwards.

What part of "Evolution is small changes to human DNA over time (mutations if you want the technically correct term) do you not understand ?

That's not evolution. Evolution is the adaptation of a species to best suit it's environment. It would make sense if we all looked like, for example, Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie mixed with the brain of Nikola Tesla. My question is, "why hasn't that happened over the several millions of years we've been on earth"? Whole species of humans and animals have died out in less time. I don't understand that. I guess we are all perfect enough just the way we are? We all have a purpose? I wonder if it has more to do with technology than genetic mutation. The thing is, we still haven't progressed to where we know how the Romans, Egyptians, Greeks, Mayans or Incas and others have been able to build things with the accuracy they have. How is that possible if it's all evolution? I don't get it at all.

No, almost everything beyond the interaction between large objects we know because there are people who study that stuff in a rigorous manner.

Most people don't know how their toilet works. It's just not their job.

It's preposterous to call humans "sheep" for not knowing how things in our environment actually work.

We have a process for exploring the universe, called science.

We need to learn how to incorporate the understanding of experts.

Otherwise, we're doomed to ignorance, as there is NO POSSIBILITY of each of us doing the work required to watch at the cellular level how evolution happens, become experts in the anatomy of life forms across the centuries, etc., etc.

And contrary to your beliefs, bacteria can and do still evolve, as evidenced by bacteria that are resistant to anti-biotics.
