And virtually no human except those who are Blessed and
work as Missionaries, certain Priests,Rabbis or Reverends are
w/o a fair to middlin degree of Prejudice or Bias.
Sometimes it's as inherent as a Mom and Dad refusing to eat
mushrooms,so their offspring grow up with that prejudice.
Which would be all the more plausible for why there is now a rash
of reality shows depicting the Amish as backward as if throwbacks to
    an earlier bygone period.
Which is not a good omen. Because prejudices in and of themselves are not a
    bad or evil thing.
Personally I was brought up to believe that Steaks should be eaten rare or
medium rare.Mt Father would not tolerate a well done steak. In fact he would
litearlly go bonkers. My mother on the other hand liked her meat cooked
well done. She preferred chicken over steaks whereas my father loathed chicken
because growing up his ethnic upbringing did not have the wherewithal to afford
meat.So he grew up watching his mother cut the head off a chicken { the
yard had chickens } and voila ... A later disposition to loathe the lower forms
    or poultry.
WE All as humans suffer some form of prejudice.Whether the way another
dresses, wears their hair or talks. It endemic in the character of mankind.

It is not endemic, all prejudice is a learned behavior.

    This was proven centuries ago.

Individual prejudice isn't a problem. Joe only likes to date girls; Bess only wants to marry a Catholic; Dave only want's to eat at Italian restaurants. That's their right and it doesn't hurt anyone.

Letting unfair prejudice warp the society we all share, that's where we need to draw a line. If the only factory in town chooses to hire only men, if no one will rent an apartment to a black couple... when individual prejudice impacts and alters the society that belongs equally to all of us. That's where prejudice hurts. And where the individual liberty of free association has to give way to societies right of to defend itself.

I say and INSIST that in fact Prejudice IS learned and endemic in ALL
    cultures.It is a given.
Take Italians vs. Irish. Or Irish vs. Germans.
    Or Germans vs. Italians.
Italians vs. French or any group vs. Russians.
It IS endemic and baked into the cake of most ALL Society.
There is no way around other than pure intellect or Religious background.
    Even then, Catholics are not comfy with most Wasps { Baptist style Christians }
and surely not the jewish faith which openly over the years demonstrated
    blatant disdain with Catholics.
Even the Amish have problems with Menonites.Like Orthodox jews have with
    modern day jews.
In point of fact I insist that PREJUDICE is a defining trait in most all
life's pursuits.Even it wasn't then why did Obama win back the White House
with his faux choreographed relentless attack against the 1 %.
How has Fidel Castro remained in power w/o constantly attacking Americana
and squelching free speech over his mindset of what constitutes Manifest Destiny.
It used to be that - the best laid plans of mice and men often go astray - was
    a warning and calling card.

I am prepared to know him as a man. " -- John Steinbeck

Prejudice and hatred does not exist among liberals. They are the most upright ethical people and the most loving and caring of all of earth's people. And their culture is the most all inclusive culture in the entire galaxy.
