The judge said he hoped to have a ruling within two weeks... Bam. It's back in the headlines. Basically, the co-chief deputy district attorney for the Cobb County has gone on the record and is willing to testify against her. Terrence Bradley gave defense attorney Merchant a lot of her information about Willis and Wade. A lot of the other information came from Wade's wife and her divorce attorney. Terrence Bradley used to be a law partner with Nathan Wade and he was effectively removed from the partnership because of a sexual assault claim that he settled monetarily. He was never charged. When Terrence Bradley was subpoenaed to testify he made false claims of privilege that the judge eventually dismissed and compelled him to testify. Nathan Wade showed up to his testimony and defense attorneys mentioned Bradley was looking at Wade before giving elusive answers. He suddenly had amnesia and protected Wade and Willis. Well now a high ranking prosecutor has come forward and claimed that she was present for phone calls that Fani made to Bradley effectively telling him not to give the defense attorneys any information he had about her relationship with Wade. There's a little more to it than that, but basically she confirmed Bradley did not have amnesia and told her similar things that he told defense attorney Merchant and she personally witnessed phone calls with Willis where he was warned to keep his mouth shut. Bradley later told a different story when he was on the witness stand when people with power to file charges against him were giving him the evil eye. Terrence, you've been a bad boy! My assumption here is Bradley got honeypotted by Merchant. His lips were loose when she promised not to have him testify because she had a lot of other sources for information. But then people started lying and saying they were terrified to testify against Fani and she broke her promise and issued a subpoena. She then turned over all of their text messages to the judge.
On top of that, a new witness, a former law professor, is willing to testify that Wade and Willis were dating back in 2019, and he had a garage door opener to their "love nest.' I was listening to a talking head today that brought up a great point. He mentioned how McAfee's closing statements were along the the lines of "if anything else comes up, don't hesitate to to reach out and we'll get it on the docket". The TH surmised that the judge believed there was more to come. Well, it's arrived and if proven beyond a reasonable doubt, Fatty Willis is looking at a witness tampering charge.
It's pretty comical when they think they have a slam dunk against Trump and wind up dunking themselves.
