My understanding, based on the federal filing, is that the kid wasn't involved at all.The filing indicated that Houck assaulted the clinic employee and that's it. Once can assume, based on the indictment, that the victim was minding his own business, just trying to work, and that Houck twice approached and assaulted him for no good reason.
