Because Democrats stop things like HSAs, interstate insurance competition, and tort reform. You seriously think the way to reduce costs is to give the government a monopoly? Have you been to the post office or MVD lately?

How will that reduce the deficit? Focus, please.

If Trump has less incentive to send taxpayer money to his own private businesses, then he has less incentive to spend taxpayer money.

    Focused yet?

The $984 BILLION is only the preliminary estimate, it is pretty much guaranteed to be adjusted upwards as they finalize numbers.

Americans don’t need help paying for the healthcare bill they are given, they need help reducing the cost of the bill in the first place.

And very few people want the government to be the only player.

I’ve never had an issue at the post office or at the DMV.

If a Dem was in the WH, this thread would have already 20 pages with the usual suspects complaining how the Dems bankrupt America and our children. Now, crickets....

This. Both parties are too fiscally irresponsible in my opinion, and neither party will touch sacred cows like welfare. At least when the Republicans are spending, they're more likely to be spending on things I support, whereas I'm opposed to the majority of the Democrats' free sh*t giveaways.
