    Quick recap of the issue:

In 2020, the Supreme Court ruled in Bostock v. Clayton County that employees cannot be fired for being gay or transgender under Title VII.

In response, Biden issued an executive order a couple weeks after being inaugurated that essentially punishes states if they do not mandate transgender athletes playing in sports with the gender they identify as, pronoun rules, etc. These regulations are from Title IX.

However, the Bostock ruling clearly identified that this was only an issue of employment and did not carry over to locker rooms, bathrooms, etc. The Biden administration ignored this and created new law via executive order citing a Supreme Court decision that told them they can't do what they did.

The court struck down these policies from continuing to be enforced. Liberal groups are already claiming this is due to "extreme" judges "ignoring" the law... which is ironic to say the least and this constant assault on the courts from the left for correctly deciding cases continues to grow.

States that want to allow transgender students to swap locker rooms or play against their chosen gender will still be allowed to do so. However, the executive branch cannot illegally issue punitive measures against states who oppose this behavior absent a federal law empowering them to do so. This case was brought by a coalition of 20 state AGs.

So Republicans suddenly support partisan judges overruling the system. Good to know it wasn’t actually a principal and just an issue because team red wasn’t doing it.

    Always projection, always.

I am glad news sources now list which appointees are the impeached seditionist’s so that it can be viewed as the hackery that it is.
