Here is what you oppose( a bill signed by, among others, G. Bush):

""""The Violence Against Women Act was developed and passed as a result of extensive grassroots efforts in the late 1980s and early 1990s, with advocates and professionals from the battered women's movement, sexual assault advocates, victim services field, law enforcement agencies, prosecutors' offices, the courts, and the private bar urging Congress to adopt significant legislation to address domestic and sexual violence. Since its original passage in 1994, VAWA's focus has expanded from domestic violence and sexual assault to also include dating violence and stalking. It funds services to protect adult and teen victims of these crimes, and supports training on these issues, to ensure consistent responses across the country. One of the greatest successes of VAWA is its emphasis on a coordinated community response to domestic violence, sex dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking; courts, law enforcement, prosecutors, victim services, and the private bar currently work together in a coordinated effort that had not heretofore existed on the state and local levels. VAWA also supports the work of community-based organizations that are engaged in work to end domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking; particularly those groups that provide culturally and linguistically specific services. Additionally, VAWA provides specific support for work with tribes and tribal organizations to end domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking against Native American women.""""

Obviously quite a few people who aren't misogynists deemed it necessary.

Yes, the Bible was the first ever written opposition to sexil promiscuity.

It recommended that the adult fathers protect their sons from falling down before the women around them simply because Testosterone has shoot into their bodies at age 12.
This biological effect is like a sickness which clouds the minds of men and makes them easy prey for young irls who want to exchange sexual attention of material rewards and benefits.
We ought see this as a sickness of the mind, based upn what the guys start doing and how the bad deals they make end up for them.

Part of the poison that the women's groups spew is the blatantly false allegation that 95% of Domestic Violence is perpetrated by men against women.
The women's groups have promoted this lie for so long now, many people, including men, actually believe it.
Even the Office of Violence Against Women has shown 34% of Domestic Violence is against men.

    http://www.fathers4kids.com/html/DomesticViolence.htm

FACT: 50% or more of domestic violence (spouse or "significant other" assaults) are perpetrated by women.

That is not what I oppose that is an OPINION about a bad law which I oppose regardless of who signed or supported it.

This law is unneeded and draconian.

It defines domestic violence in deliberately vague and flexible terms to include raising ones voice in an argument.

It does nothing to protect victims of violence and in fact results in those exact victims being prosecuted rather than the criminals.

It erodes civil rights and makes nothing illegal which was legal before.

Redundant laws do not work by definition they only and strictly expand government power and abuse.

    No misogynysts oppose it here.

    Misandrists support it

I'll go with the real experts ( although I really should check that out to see if it's true since I didn't actually check their website for confirmation.),
"""""Even the Office of Violence Against Women has shown 34% of Domestic Violence is against men."""

I never posted that I agree that it's 50-50......you are learning bad lying habits from another poster.

    Now, what was your point?

It's probably closer to 50%. Men wouldn't report it as much.

    Right.
The Left doesn't want people to even think for a second that fatherless kids by never married single girls are what was once called Bastards, because everyone KNEW what a Bastard was like.

Feminism is actually based upon the philosophy called Existentialism.
It seems you believe criticism is unfair and Existentialists ought be accepted openly with comment.

But on the other hand, you criticize religious philosophies radically.
Stoics preach that pleasure has a price to pay back since pain usually follows from it.
I am sure you would argue against that philosophy.

The liberal attempt to just shut others down by branding them haters or bias, or whatever, is one of things Existentialists advocate.
    Tag them and forget them.

But the kids are bastards who demand Welfare and policemen once they appear.

    Yeah.
Most men wouldn't relish saying a woman hurt them so they called the cops.

But also, being hit in the head with a saucer would usually not make a man call the 911.
But a smack in the face would require a cop come to the house.

In Queensland, the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 1989 allows police officers to hold a non-arrested suspect of domestic violence in custody for no more than four hours.
During this time, the party assumed to be the victim can file a protective order against party in custody. This is a lucrative option for women who are looking to divorce their husbands, as they can request that their husbands be prohibited from coming near their house, and then file for sole custody of their children (if they have any).
Under grants from the National Institute of Mental Health, the Family Research Laboratory from University of New Hampshire conducted a study on domestic violence. The following results came from the study:

At least 50% of domestic violence victims are male
Most domestic violence is initiated by females
Females are 3 times more likely to use a weapon during domestic violence
Females beat their spouse more severely and more often than males beat their spouse.

Anyone who would like a copy of the latest study may order it from the University of New Hampshire (ask for document V55).

Some fathering advocates would say that almost every social ill faced by America's children is related to fatherlessness.
Six are noted here. As supported by the data below, children from fatherless homes are more likely to be poor, become involved in drug and alcohol abuse, drop out of school, and suffer from health and emotional problems. Boys are more likely to become involved in crime, and girls are more likely to become pregnant as teens.

Yes many western nations have seen similar results from the influence of feminism.

The use of dm laws as a legal weapon to gain advantage in domestic court is well known.

Feminists always claim to be for equal.rights bit somehow the laws and policies they advocate always do more harm than good.

Usually this harm is directed at men while protecting women who do harm.

I know little about existentialism but find your comparison interesting. I'll have to research that some.

Mislabeling and then ignoring is common for many idealologies especially on the left. This is particularly true of feminism and its followers.

Reasonable disagreement with any precept of feminism is met with Cries of misogynist or rape apologist or sexist or what ever label seems most vile.

The woman who wrote out the early arguments for Existentialism was a super Feminist who basically argued that "Now" was what mattered, as an add on to Nietzsche's nihilism, that nothing of any consequence exists or matters. "Now" it is our turn was what followed, as the past cultures were discarded as if society had merely made up the rules.

What is sort of funny, is that women today must work and still be mothers, house keepers with husbands helping, cooks, and the whole ball of wax without any real gains.
The educated women of course, do get great paying Jobs, and displace the men who compete with them for those jobs.
But then, they mostly ignore babies and if lucky, have one child, often with genetic assistance.
