In this case, it appears to be yet another noise campaign being coordinated by Joe DiGenova. You may recall that he and his wife popped up like jack-in-the-boxes to hype the upcoming appearance of every successive “bombshell” witness in Daryl Issa’s forlorn witch-hunt over Benghazi.
