Floral artist to Washington Supreme Court: ‘I serve all customers; I just can’t celebrate all events

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys representing floral artist Barronelle Stutzman of Arlene’s Flowers in Richland filed their opening brief Tuesday with the Washington Supreme Court. They are trying to protect this constitutional right in light of a recent US Supreme Court decision regarding Colorado. The awesome and valiant group Alliance Defending Freedom is arguing this religious liberty case before the Washington State Supreme Court.

 

Barronelle deserves the right to run her business without being coerced against her will to participate in any event that would violate her religious beliefs. She and people like her shouldn’t have to risk their business in order to follow their conscience.

The right to have a same sex marriage, which is nowhere to be found in the constitution, trumps the right to practice one's religion, which, oddly, is prominently in the constitution.

what is sad is that there are bigoted hate sites that masquerade as bias Fact Checkers such as MEDIA Bias Fact Check who censor groups and weak minded intellectual lazies who take their word as from on high to censor sites that believe as you and I do.

 

Hmm, I wonder if a sex worker or pornstar could be forced to have sex with a gender they didn't want to, because if they didn't it would be discrimination.
