Floridas welfare drug testing law

    The moron judge says it may violate the 4th amendment against illegal search and seizure. Thats insane.

    Since the govt. seizes my money and gives it to the welfare crowd then I should have the right to search them as I see fit. This is my 4th amendment.

    They pay taxes?

    Just end welfare, problem solved.

    An extremely small percentage of the people who did fail, overwhelmingly failed for pot, and another small percentage refused to take the test. That means well over 90% passed the test and all the state of Florida accomplished, was tossing more of your tax dollars down the drain, by paying for unnecessary tests. The state refuses to admit the program is a total failure, and that they spent more money than they ever hoped to save. The governor claimed this program would save the state 77 million dollars annually (a number he pulled directly out of his anus), but wound up costing the state more money.
     
     
     
    Major fail!! So much for republicans being the party of smaller government, less intrusion, and lower taxes. Strike three you have been exposed.
