Quote the line that said, G W Bush said you either kill people who live in other countries, or you kill Americans, those are the only two possibilities. as characterized by the poster. Because he didn't say that. No one ever took his comment he actually said to mean that.
The line in quotations was a quote as I remembered it, inaccurate by the placement of the word 'either'. The line under it was my interpretation and not just my interpretation but the way it was applied in real life.
