Not defending his molestation mess, but I find this charge curious. It seems like the fed likes to charge politicians lately--well except Hillary--with conspiracy charges when they did not really violate a law but could have violated a law if they had not found a way around it.
I bet the ultra moralistic far right Republicans are so enraged by this disclosure that they are too angry to say anything about it.
