They can put forward any numbers they want, the trouble is the voting public is out here living Obama's failed economic policies with only crap part time jobs available. He's all done in November, better luck in 2016.

You could start by telling us how reducing FICA taxes reduced the deficit...since raising taxes seems to be the way you think we should do it.

The same point that we see numerous threads every time the "fixed" unemployment rate went up. Conservative celebrate bad news because they are invested in failure for political reasons, as this thread proves once again. Not one conservative has said anything like this being a hopeful sign or indication. Instead, they claim there is a vast conspiracy out there involving not only the professionals at the BLS but the independent private company Gallup polling.

The point of the thread is to share news about the economy, particularly positive information.

Because some of us hope to see the economy improving.

No you don't. You couldn't give less of a (*)(*)(*)(*) about the economy improving. You just want Obama reelected. The appearance of a healthy economy increases his chances of destroying the economy for another 4 years.

Your links go to the website but don't go to what numbers are you trying to spin.

Now you can sit there and attack me all you wish, but everyone knows when you debate on here you give the link that goes directly to said information.

Your posts are a complete waste of time, and deserve nothing more than laughs and jokes. I provided information, of which you were not able to break. so you have, yet failed again.

Once again, talking out your ass when you don't know what you're talking about. It is pathological.

I'm sorry. You are not "any other member." You've already demonstrated your inability to handle simple tasks related to links to data.

My offer of assistance/explanation remains for any other member.

LOL. Increase taxes, decrease spending, to reduce the deficit. This is not your M.O.?

We decreased taxes (FICA), halted spending, and the deficit was reduced. Your M.O. fails.

The Gallup employee would just publish what was given to them by the BLS. And the BLS employees has no fear of being fired for doing what obama told them to do. Hell, the obama administration wont even mead out punishment for people that are already convicted of a crime.
Remember how they dropped the case against the black panthers after they were convicted of voter intimidation?

Well now that the great conspiracy theory seems kind of silly, let's move on to the old conservative stand by: rank fabrication.

Care to point out what was fabricated in my post?

While you're at it, explain how a .1% increase in employment translates into a .8% drop in unemployment.

Your assertion that "The Gallup employee would just publish what was given to them by the BLS." Which I know is fabricated because it is completely false. Gallup does it's own polling and does not use BLS numbers.

Your request is based on a flase premise. Employment increased by almost 0.6%, not 0.1%. Furthermore, that increase was for September, a different time frame that reflected in the last Gallup figure.

BLS is going to drop U-3 to 2.9% next month. Iriemon will be here telling us everything is fixed, and that Obama's (*)(*)(*)(*) don't stink.

Happy Days are here again ................

Are you going to play your little stupid assed game of ignorance like you did last time with the BLS database, or act like an adult and actually follow simple instructions, if you can't figure it out for yourself?

No, employment increased by only .1%. Last month the LFPR was 63.5% and this month it's 63.6%. That's a change of .1%
Last month unemployment was 8.1%. Now you are saying it dropped to 7.3%. That's a change of .8%

    How does .1% = .8%?

Labor force participation rate =/= employment.

Employment went up from 142.101M to 142.974M, and increase of 0.6%.
