Gun enthusiasts have organized open carry days at Starbucks. Maybe they can show up the same day.

Homosexuals have equal protection since they are free to marry any woman who will have them just as a normal man is.

If liberals think that sodomy is protected under the constitution then there is nothing to stop men who want to practice incest, bestiality, and pedophile from demanding the same rights.

Crazy the lengths they'll go to try and pretend they're being wronged. Equal protection under the law is already afforded to all. The ability to Marry is extended to every man and woman in the nation. This is the "equal protection". It really does not matter one bit if some DECIDE they wish a Marriage was something else, they are not entitled to lie and say that there is a problem with regards to equal protection.

It's offered to all right now, on a per Human basis..not a basis of what you like and dont like which is the viewpoint that the dishonest left is trying to look at it, and present it from.

The real argument is one of beliefs. Some believe that a Marriage SHOULD be something else, and open to more groups....some do not. There is no breach of protections, or loss of rights/discrimination. this is merely an angle some are using to try and force their wanted change on everyone else.

I didn't realize how much these people were hurting. Even a counter-protest last week wasn't enough. They have to make another protest on top of that. That's how threatened they were by Chick-fil-A day.

Do whatever you want, guys. It's not going to stop my Starbucks habit, and it's not going to change my opinion on same sex marriage.

You're the one holding to absurd arguments.

Thats why we have amendments so we aren't trying to rewrite current law. I thought you were the "great American thinker"

Its worse to lie and make up requirements that have no bearing in law.

More cop out remarks because you can't defend your own arguments. So surprise there.

LOL Wrong again. Its a CONTRACT not a law genius.

Wrong again. You just made up a law that doesn't exist. Are you ever going to stop this dishonesty?

Your opinion of the law means NOTHING. Stay on point. No one cares about your personal opinion of the law.

My point hasn't changed. You moronically stated "you have any right you please as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others"

Which flies in the face of current laws against polygamy. Do try and keep up.

More dodging. Don't worry its expected by people loosing the argument.

    \

So you can't fabricate new law based on law that never mentions sexual preference ANYWHERE and you certainly cannot limit it based on personal opinion of sexual preferences if you broaden it.

Clear enough or do I need to break out the crayons for you?

    Wrong again.

the Supreme Court decided Loving v. Virginia, unanimously striking down the laws of Virginia and fifteen other states that outlawed marriage between people of different races as a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment.

This is really getting sad on your part when you don't even know the court cases for the argument you are trying to make.

LOL Then by your own definition, everyone would be, EVERYONE. You can't restrict sexual preference if you cite the 14th amendment.

Way to step into it head first again. My God this is too easy.

Which is a total lie as I already said. You can't cite the 14th amendment then limit the sexual preferences who deserve "equal protection under the law"

Either its equal for everyone or its not but you don't get to pick and choose only certain sexual preferences are equal to everyone else.

Nope. I use the law for that which you cannot fabricate as you go along if you wish to try and use it for your argument.

Well, I'm not going to waste my time with someone who (in lolrony fashion) refuses to back up what he says while demanding that I do so and whose only argument consists of "you're wrong" and playground insults that are beneath even my ten year old sister.
