replace with tax on rent, taxing rent back to what it is in the countryside

no more landlords squatting on land in middle of town, and getting all the value created by the community/proximity of loads of people

biz no tax

biz that earna lot by supply many customers can affoard large places in middle of town and to pay the taxes

Are you asking what I mean?
Take rent of xyz square feet in countryside. Then every dollar charged over that is mirrored by 1 dollar of tax. simple eh?
