Good post, I would just add we don't know there was any pot residue in the Baggie, there were no tests done. and the search of Trayvon's backpack was illegal.

The only problem is that there is no proof anything of the sort happened. No proof that Martin said George was going to die or that Martin ambushed him. Only the word of a two bit woman assaulting cop wannabe loser who has everything to gain by leaving out certain bits of information. Of course there are people on the right who will believe anything he says because it was a black kid that ended up dead. Lucky for George it wasn't a white kid because the loser righties would have already hung his Hispanic ass from a tree long ago.

It is not an implausible theory that George tried to detain Trayvon and Trayvon punched him in the nose. Sorry if I don't view George as the most trustworthy fellow.

Its more likely that George grabbed TM to detain him and caught an elbow in the nose... Trayvon just had no history of violence or sudden outburst of rage.

Decades ago a woman called me to tell me that my husband had beaten up her husband who was State House of Representatives.. I told her that there was a mistake... didn't happen that way.

A couple of hours later it turned out I was right. Her husband was drunk as a lord and so was the idiot who punched him.

 

If you are walking and someone who doesn't identify himself comes up to you and grabs you, would you bend over for him, or would you do something to get him off you?

All they need to do is find the bus driver to testify to that fact, but they really don't want to get into a character fight. Zimmerman would lose hands down.

 

There is a good bit of conjecture in that quote........let's hope Angela Nifong and her merry band of clowns have a bit more "evidence" to present.......seriously. We know that GZ had injuries.....we know that Trayvon did not.....except for the injuries to his knuckles (putting 2+2 together here). To my knowledge there is not one witness, or photo that would be evidence that GZ layed a hand on Trayvon.....good luck with that prosecution Angela.....

 

I'd say the punching part leaves the realm of "theory" when BDLR already admitted in court that Trayvon struck George.

 

There is no witness that says what George said happened either, No witness to the ambush. No witness to what George says Trayvon said. No witness to this head bashing either. All you have is someone who thinks they saw Trayvon on top of George, but can't even say how they got there, and the word of the one guy who stands to gain the most from leaving out details.
