Acquitting him of murder 2? Yes, I am......based on the evidence, my interpretation of the evidence based on my experience, and the law. Not based on some scenario created in my mind like you constantly do.

 

Why ? Are you so dumb that you don't know just the statements of these guys about Zimmerman lying flat on his back and screaming for help is enough. And that the the 13 year old kid didn't want to be seen as a snitch so he didn't mention the description of Trayvon. But he said enough. More than enough. Quit playing dumb. Interpretations are assumptions/hypothesis until conclusions.

Nope, not even close.

Witness 8 was on the phone and heard it drop, nothing about that indicates who attacked who. She concluded that Martin was "bumped", but she couldn't know that over the phone.

Witness 6 said Martin was on top and GZ was screaming to Witness 6 for help. "There was a black man with a black hoodie on top of either a white guy or ....a hispanic guy with a red sweatshirt on the ground yelling out 'help'".

Witness 12 stated she couldn't see any faces or clothing. Even then, she looked after the shot.

 

For some left wingers, just owning a gun proves to them that you have a depraved mind. That is the extent of their understanding of firearms.

 

Another good point and one which I think the Pross will attempt to exploit...the actions of Z put TM into a fearful mind and he was only defending himself.
