    Neither is the U.S. military.

    Back when I served the active duty military was just over 3 million. The Marine Corps was just over 300,000 and we had a 900 ship navy.

    Today we have a 300 ship navy where over half of the ships can't put to sea and fight.

    In fact it's even worse than Americans are being told.
