    Greenland is not gaining back it's ice, it experiences a net loss every year. . You need to read something other than just anti climate change fanatics.

    In terms of your "no trend in droughts or storms" claim - where is your evidence ?

    What part of "you are the one who needs to prove your claim" did you not understand ?

    For example: Claim "The moon around Pluto is made of Green Cheese". Can you prove this claim false ? No .. you cant.
    Not being able to prove something false does not make the above claim true.

    It is up to you to prove your claim and not up to someone else to prove it false ... Claiming that lack of being able to prove a claim false constitutes proof of claim is logical fallacy. The fallacy that you are committing.

    What are you blubbering about now. I did not make any claim in relation to Gore's proclamations. I merely stated that if you make a claim, then it is up to you to prove that claim true and not up to the other to prove it false.

    My comment on Gore's proclamation was "right, wrong or otherwise". Is your reading comprehension impaired ?

    Regardless of whether Gore's blubbering's are correct or not ... it is fallacy to make a claim (any claim) and expect that someone not proving that claim false makes that claim true. My sole comment was that it is up to you to prove your claim.

    Greenland experiences a net loss of ice every year. I have gone into the details, and provided evidence for this in other threads. If the poster wants to challenge this claim I will provide the study ... which (if memory serves) was not from the IPCC.

    Have you actually read any of what the judge said?

    None of the actual science was questioned. Most of the alleged errors (alleged, because this is a judge and not a scientist) were that some specific cases couldn't (at the time, and this was a decade ago) indefinitely be attributed solely to climate change. The others were that apocalypse scenarios, like the ocean conveyer or a complete ice sheet melt, were unlikely to happen in under 1000 years.

    None of the actual science regaurding CO2 and rising temps was questioned.

    It's also important to note the reason that this was even seen by a court. It's because a dad brought a complaint that the film was too partisan to be shown in schools. The judge ruled that the film could be shown in schools as it had significant educational value and was
    "substantially founded upon scientific research and fact" (the judge's words) but had to have a disclaimer that Gore was one sided.
