Alas, I went through all my pictures and none show green-eyed blonds with big feet. Just pics like this: Has anyone noticed that most of the good-looking Euros moved to 'Merica?
Does such a mentality extend to anything and everything that has the potential to be harmful to others if misused? Knives, cleaning chemicals, strong magnets, batteries, any small item that a child could potentially get lodged in their throat? If not, then why not?
People who own guns for self defense are like gamblers at a casino. The odds are against them but they do it anyway.
I have posted pages and pages of those that have beat the casino when they successfully defended themselves with firearms. I’m sure none of those people care about your casino, they’re just happy to be alive.
I’d say, those opting to not participate in preparing to defend them selves are gambling on the odds of not being victimized by hiding in the herd. Those owning guns for self defense, know a Casino always has an edge...owning a gun for self defense doesn’t guarantee winning odds, but provides the means of reducing the house’s edge. I prefer not leaving my chances to the house’s default odds, but to seek improving mine.
The odds are vastly in my favour here by a factor of more than 50 to one and I'm good with that as are thankfully my wider society
why do you spend so much time worrying about choices others make for themselves. I guess deep down the only way you will learn is to one day need a gun and not have it. Of course if that happens, you won't be around to tell us "Damn I wish I had listened to you pro gun advocates"
that's not accurate because you are comparing your environment with say south Chicago, Baltimore or Watts, -Democrat run thug heavy areas
you're an advocate for disarmed victims and safe working conditions for criminals then no one I have ever met is a gun hugger. do you frequent some fetish clubs where that happens? I saw a guy kiss his anschutz after he won the olympic gold medal and two time (the only one to win back to back in history) skeet champion in Olympic history, Vince Hancock held his Beretta DT 10 up triumphantly when he won in 2012 and Kim Rhode, who has won in medal in several olympics in a row posed with her MX-8 Perazzi like this (she shot Beretta in the last two games)
