    With first responders and emergency rooms in New York City facing unprecedented demand due to the surge of severely ill COVID-19 patients, city officials have released grim new guidance ordering emergency medical services (EMS) to stop bringing cardiac arrest patients to the hospital if they don’t have a pulse on scene.

    EMT’s can still perform life-saving procedures on patients suffering from cardiac arrest, but they are not permitted to transport them to the hospital if the patient cannot be saved in the field, according to the new guidance.

    This is what happens when you rely on Uncle Sugar to swoop in and save you from your own lack of preparation.

    NYC's emergency services was in a crisis before the crisis even started, but I guess it's easier to point fingers at Trump than face reality.

    Other than Themistocles, in Greece, and Egyptians listening to Joseph, storing grains, when has man EVER been prepared for huge crisis? That is WHY you have a federal gov.

    Weird, I'm just fine and dandy where I am. Maybe you should have planned ahead and relied on yourself instead of a federal nanny to take care of you.
