Thanks for posting this,I remembered when this happened. I can't image the horror that these people went through.Seeing all those people getting shot and dying next to you,and knowing that there is nothing you can do about ..That can't be a very good feeling.One thing that the anti-gun crowd either chooses to ignore or refuses to believe. Is that it why do mass shootings seem to only occur in gun free zones? One only has to look at the tragedies of Luby;s cafe Virgina Tech, and the Colorado shootings to see that this is true. Thankfully I live in state where I don't even need a CWP to carry concealed.We have very few gun free zones in the state of Wyoming,and more and more states are making it easier to obtain a CWP,or going the route of not needing a permit at all.

Compared to the USA what were the murder rates pre-ban? Did the ban do anything to solve Australia's problem with violent crime? The US is a very different place then Australia. For instance if Australia were to be invaded. and lost.. It's citizen's would have to surrender. We wouldn't.
