Accurate automatic fire is different that accurate semi-automatic fire. Two different standards of accuracy.

They're dead because people like you want to let violent criminals run free and take away the victim's ability to defend themselves.

an infantryman carries over 100 lbs on his back for over 20 miles a day. he can not waste all that ammunition cutting down weeds in full auto.

I was with an Airborne unit in Laos and the weight of the pack varied depending on the weather and objective.

In jump school we had to run and jump with full battle rattle.
There were plenty of bloody socks after the first week of jump school

    Thanks,

How is presenting a perspective, without offering a counterpoint, misleading? Did they present their segment, as a gun "debate," or was it clearly about those arguing for gun control? So then, you are suggesting that any story about Ukraine, if it is honest, must present the Russian counter-narrative?

If only presenting one side, or perspective, is your standard for dishonesty, then practically
everything on FOX, OANN, NEWSMAX, BRIETBART, & the like, is an "attempt to mislead the American public." However, I often hear, in such MSM pieces as you cite, the moderator say that people representing the opposing view, were invited to participate, but declined. So that makes the question, did you write your own post in ignorance of this common circumstance, or were you misleading readers, intentionally?

Yes I agree but loading troops down with a 100 lb backpack would hamper the attainment of most objectives. I've never jumped out of an airplane. Glad you did it and not I. :)

If you were as committed to understanding opposing points of view as you are to fooling with Fonts, you may have understood the point of my Post.

My complaint was not so much that CBS's "Sunday Morning" maintains a misleading anti 2nd Amendment bias in their choice of subjects and "softball" / leading questions but that they not only tolerate lying from those whom they interview but that they make no effort correct deliberate misinformation.

David Hogg, for example, was allowed to recite one well rehearsed lie after another while no effort was made to confront his well known falsehoods at the end of the show.

One of the popular lies parroted by Hogg and echoed by fawning interviewers had to do with the number of students "killed in our schools" since 2012. (1)

CNN is no better in its anti 2nd Amendment bias(2) and is just as committed to deliberately misinforming its viewers.

So, my complaint is not that America's MSM only grants flattering interviews with gun control advocates but that it aids and abets gun banners by allowing them to spouting fraudulent statistics completely unchecked in an attempt to deceive an already misinformed American public.

    Thanks,

    (1) “Meme Inflates School Shooting Deaths”
    https://www.factcheck.org/2019/05/meme-inflates-school-shooting-deaths/

    Quick Take

EXCERPT “A meme circulating online claims that 7,182 students have been “killed in U.S. schools” since 2012, but that number is inflated. It likely refers to all firearm fatalities involving children, including suicides and shootings off campus.” CONTINUED

    (2) “CNN: Blatant Bias Against Guns Shows Lack of Integrity”
    https://victorygirlsblog.com/cnn-blatant-bias-against-guns-shows-lack-of-integrity/

EXCERPT “But if you think that CNN has learned its lessons about skewing research in order to push a political agenda, you’re sadly mistaken. CNN’s bias against guns continues full-force, and their latest attempt at “research” is once again a mass of hot garbage meant to support the gun grabbers’ agenda.

That story was so much floating dreck that included incidents that had nothing to do with school, shootings that took place in the vicinity of a school, but not necessarily on school grounds, drive-by shootings that took place after school hours, and coincidentally happened to have taken place near a school, and toys.

Last time, they never admitted to including toys – BB guns – in their count when they explained their methodology. They did not think anyone would actually fact check their hysterical claims, much like when the media furiously reprinted blatantly false, biased “research” from Everytown – claims that were so obviously doctored, that even FactCheck.org took them to task.” CONTINUED

    You asked and I answered.

It takes a real tough guy to slander others from the safety of your distant keyboard.
