You mean like witnesses that witnessed nothing? The sorry state of the dem clown show where no proof is needed and accusations are taken as fact is apparently invisible to the useful.

Impeaching a President with only accusations should scare the shyte out of any thinking American. The tactic of personal destruction started with Bork and during this Presidency with Kavanaugh and Trump. Facts don’t matter as long as you can smear an opponent and the useful idiots lap it up.

Yet no broken law is included in the impeachment articles.

Only accusations? Dems are fighting tooth and nail to get witnesses and evidence introduced and Moscow Mitch and the White House are resisting that effort

Because all the evidence proves Trump's guilt.

They are fighting so hard that they did not subpoena witnesses and held the articles for a month because it was such a dire emergency. The dem clown show must go on.

Impeachment witness David Holmes explains how he overheard Sondland call with Trump about Ukraine
    https://www.cnbc.com/2019/11/21/imp...ow-he-overheard-trump-call-with-sondland.html

Sondland told Trump that Zelenskiy “loves your ass,” Holmes recalled. “I then heard President Trump ask, ‘So, he’s going to do the investigation?’ Ambassador Sondland replied that ‘he’s going to do it,’ adding that President Zelenskiy will do ‘anything you ask him to.’”

“Even though I did not take notes of these statements, I have a clear recollection that these statements were made,” Holmes said in his opening statement.

After that call ended, Holmes said he asked Sondland about Trump’s views on Ukraine. Sondland said Trump cared only about “big stuff” that benefits him, like the Biden probe being pushed by Trump’s attorney Rudy Giuliani, Holmes testified.

Ukraine inquired about aid the same day Trump asked Zelenskiy about Biden probe, impeachment witness says
    https://www.cnbc.com/2019/11/20/ukr...ump-zelenskiy-call-impeachment-testimony.html

Defense Department official Laura Cooper said Wednesday that she has seen emails showing Ukraine officials were asking about the delay of a U.S. military aid package to their country as early as July 25 — the same day as President Donald Trump’s call with Ukraine’s leader at the center of the House impeachment inquiry.

Cooper testified in a public hearing that members of her staff recently showed her emails from the State Department, both of which were received the afternoon of July 25.

    2. Leverage was used, at Trump's direction, as a means to get Ukraine to acquiesce to Trump's requests in the form of the withholding of military aid authorized by Congress.
"Clear direction from POTUS to continue hold."

“Clear direction from POTUS to continue to hold.”

This is what Michael Duffey, associate director of national security programs at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), told Elaine McCusker, the acting Pentagon comptroller, in an Aug. 30 email, which has only been made available in redacted form until now. It is one of many documents the Trump administration is trying to keep from the public, despite congressional oversight efforts and court orders in Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation.

    3. Resulting from the WB complaint, a summary of the transcript of the Zelensky call was released revealing Trump speaking to Zelensky about the investigations he wanted Ukraine to announce. A transcript WH officials tried to hide from other members of the government and the public by placing it in a code level secret server typically used for keeping national security matters secret. https://apnews.com/817c0c285bc9485d88608635e0fef3e3

So a secret whistleblower that the dem clown show does not want testimony from, a transcript where Zelensky brought up Biden and does not include a QPQ, and according to testimony the transcript was erroneously given the wrong status and was corrected. It was so secret that it was released to the public.

but it seems all the emails, texts, whatapp chats, memos, meeting notes of the key players are so secret they couldn't be released to congress. ONe has to wonder why trumpians don't want them released in defense of their dear Leader's trial, unless of course they convict instead of exonerate him.

The House never subpoenaed them. That is what they would do if they wanted to compel them. Fact is that Schiff's investigation in the Intelligence (but I digress) committee did not have the power to subpoena and the Judiciary Committee that did have subpoena power that could compel from the WH through force of law did not subpoena anyone or anything and in fact had only one day of testimony from witnesses that were not fact witnesses.

Trump is right. The House has proven he is guilty. The Senate will acquit him anyway.

Here is what I worry about. We know the Senate will declare him innocent of the impeachment charges. Now think about the consequences of that decision. Trump, for the second time (first in 2016), invited foreign interference in our Presidential election for his personal benefit, and used bribery on a foreign leader as incentive. And he gets away with it because Republican Senators are scared to death of his base even though they have already lost several key elections because of Trump and his base, including control of the House.

Now picture this, this President who chose to ignore the will of Congress is reelected for another four years. Knowing he can commit crimes without enduring punishment, Trump will rule with complete impunity. He already has made countless reckless decisions. What do think he will do when he knows there will not be any consequences?

That's assuming Republicans will retain control of the Senate, but that is likely if Trump is reelected.

All that is very scary. The pure irony is, so scary his base may not care for the outcome of Trump's second term.

Fact is you should learn some civics. If you think that the house intell committee doesn't havee the power to subpoena, you don't know squat.

Its rather astounding that such a great patriot such as yourself would have no friggin' clue how your government works.

There has not been a president that at one time or another abused his power. The difference now? You were swept away in a landslide election loss in 2016 and still cannot get over that fact.
I thank the malcontents in the DNC on a daily basis for entertaining me.

What is point to provide aid to Ukraine if Bidens are stealing it?

Stop, stop, stop, wow, I can't believe you wasted this much time to regurgitate the same no crime, no evidence, claptrap that the Democrats are trying make America believe and NOBODY that matters is buying any of it. It has become more and more apparent that this farce was crafted to prop up Joe Biden who about now is in a world of **** because tomorrow and in the days to come the Republicans will expose the Biden's criminal enterprise that goes back to at least 2010 while Joe was the VP. Typical of the Democrats they are accusing Trump of things that Joe Biden actually did for a good part of his vice presidency. Joe Biden is presently their only viable candidate and things are spinning out of control and are about to get worse. It amazes me that they would pull a stunt like this knowing full well that they would be walking into a buzz saw. I guess so late in the game there was nothing else they could do. Well they only have themselves to blame for this. For Trump there was no crime, no evidence and no matter how many times they repeat it, no coverup.

That it was flagrant, that it was done brazenly and that it was done for personal benefit. And, of course, that it has been done over and over since the first day he took office.

    See kind of a difference?
