I hate Hillary, but in this case, shes correct.

ANY Democratic president that had done even 1/4 of the BS that trump has pulled. conservatives would be calling for his head, impeachment, and prison.

    And you guys know it.

Obama has done far worse. Comey did worse, Hillary outright broke Federal laws and Holder ran guns to Mexican Cartels.

    Are they in jail?

Trump was the target of a coup attempt, yet you want him locked up. For what? Winning an election.

You are so backwards and upside down in your thinking.

Ehh.... Either Criminal Campaign Finance Violations (Stormy) or Obstruction of Justice.. I'm not picky...

I don't expect Trump to ever be sent to prison, but both should keep him as a one term president, which is win/win...

He committed no campaign finance violation and that will have no effect. There was no justice obstructed and Mueller should have never been selected and fired after he was with his obvious conflict of interest. And of course the Democrats have said in the past obstruction of justice does not warrant impeach or removal or even not voting for.

He did so... Nyah Nyah Nyah...

Times change.... Attitudes change.....Levels of Criminality change...

Clinton's OOJ was a tiny deal in the big picture.... this was not...

When do you think Barr and Trump will go after McGahn for lying to the Special Counsel, as he clearly did??

What's changed, the Democrats clearly established that a President should not be removed for not just obstruction of justice but perjury and witness tampering. And Clinton's was a big deal involving abuse of power and acts AS President and an actual obstruction of justice in a federal court and then federal grand jury.

What we "know", Turin, is that so far, Donald J. Trump has not been charged with ANYTHING. When he is charged with SOMETHING, then let's consider "calling for his head, impeachment, and prison". Any other course is nothing but the kind of mentality the world saw in Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union.

Meanwhile, Hillary clearly and obviously broke numerous laws regarding national security and classified information, and yet she gets off scott-free, in spite of evidence piled up to the stratosphere! Can you explain that, or would you rather just continue speculating about what Trump may or may not have done...?

[IMG]. "Yeah, just tell the boys to go shoot him! We'll worry about having a "trial" later...."

Oh sure... whatever words he used to McGahn, the order was clear to McGahn.. but if Trump never used the word Fire, you can bet your bottom dollar he'll run around telling everybody he never told McGahn to fire Mueller..

    It's part of his shtick...

If there was any "justice" in this country, Hillary would already be behind bars!

Here's how Napolitano sums it up.

"The president's job is to enforce federal law. If he had ordered its violation to save innocent life or preserve human freedom, he would have a moral defense. But ordering obstruction to save himself from the consequences of his own behavior is unlawful, defenseless and condemnable".

What "consequences of his own behavior"? There was no 'collusion'! Trump and most people knew it, so there was no 'behavior' to save him from. Trump was frustrated and pissed off, as well he should have been, and it shows, Nothing was ever done.

It's also good for Leftists to see that Fox can come down on either side. Another of their myths washed away by reality.

Did Trump, like Hillary, commit obvious perjury? Do you think she should be prosecuted for that? How about clearly colluding with the Russians? Should there be an investigation there?

Not sure how she gets that, Mueller says there was insufficient evidence for obstruction, not that Trump couldn't be prosecuted because of presidential privilege.
