This home sits in a scenic canyon. 5,500 sq ft with 5 br and 5 bath.
Real estate is overpriced in general.
What am I not seeing?
Over 40 photos that show the inside too and the pool and more
In this area, that property is well priced. It no doubt will sell.
Yeah, and be bought be someone on the positive side of the wealth divide, no doubt as a second or third home.
I'm not understanding the point of the thread. Does the place overlook a garbage dump? An idyllic glacial lake?
Otherwise, it seems fair.
It is local to me. It is on the market. Any discussion ought to center on the house and it's canyon area.
No garbage dumps are closer than perhaps 20 miles.
It looks like a nice place. The price seems unremarkable, to me.
Might you realize a nifty profit should you sell your place? Well, good on you.
Makes me feel like throwing a rock.
Oh for gosh sakes. That does not come close to being our very best home here.
You have ones with even BIGGER windows?
Let me see!
LMAO I am not sure we do. But we have much larger, more expensive homes than that home is.
Where that home sits, I do not see anybody tossing rocks at it either. This city I live in is not like the Democrats run cities. We still have some common sense politicians here.
a bargain compared to this apartment in nyc...
