It could very well be a crime, which is one of the reasons he will issue a federal pardon to himself. And most of his folly will cheer him on for his corruption.

 

We've never had a defeated incumbent give a temper tantrum before, but it's likely not a federal crime. Chill out, let January 20th come and enjoy the Biden Administration.
