Might as well! We can't have representatives proposing legal changes in accordance with the Constitution when we don't like the those changes. It's not like we have the power to vote and have our voices heard.

If I never voted I would not have had a ballot in my mailbox. I had to request it be sent to me. And to do that I had to provide personal information that you would not know. And then once I got it I filled it out and included more personal information to make sure it was me. Then when I mailed it back I could track each step from being delivered to being accepted to being processed.

 

That is why most of my friends on the left did not like him. He is seen as far too moderate.

 

Unethical actions are not competence.
His actions have destabilized trust in the court. If you are cheering that on then you absolutely have a “team”

Well yeah, Biden's taken to his role as an authoritarian dictator really impressively. There was nothing unethical and your claim about "destabilized trust" is ludicrous. It's just the ebb and flow of political fortune. I suggest that you consider that your opponents may feel their cause is as righteous as yours.

 

Whenever an opening occurs it’s the duty of the POTUS to nominate someone. The process is left in the hands of the Senate to confirm when they decide to. That has been the process since the birth of this nation. Obviously politics will come into play during that process but this court packing is a whole new game. Or as Biden put it when he was a senator “a boneheaded idea”.

The Republican choices haven’t exactly worked out for Trump. The SC ruled against him often. He was unable to get them to decide in his favor regarding the election. The Dems should be thankful.

By beliefs are because of theirs. Had they not acted in a means to capture power against the will of the people then I would not be an advocate for such action.
