Anyone with $2.6B in net worth will have ZERO trouble getting a loan for $600,000.00 (deals with New York and Carroll) or a bond for the same amount. Do you agree?

Hard to say about Trump though. He sets up a separate corporation for each investment. So when, for example, the Taj Mahal goes bust, he and his other assets are firewalled.
