A zef doesn't have an "interest", and it's really a long stretch to pretend that it does in order to force your opinion on another. Therefore there can be no conflict. The pregnant woman does have an interest, and her interests should not be judged by someone outside the situation. The only conflict of interest here is between the pregnant woman and a nosy parker.
