Jesus was severely misquoted.

 

Jesus said that the sun will become dark, Matthew 24:29 (CEB) = “Now immediately after the suffering of that time the sun will become dark, and the moon won’t give its light. The stars will fall from the sky and the planets and other heavenly bodies will be shaken."

 

Interesting concept. I'm sure you'll draw criticism, anger, ridicule and more. You know the old saying “Brilliant spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.”.

 

Oh? Then what do you say about Augustine's axiom? "The Old Testament in the New is revealed, the New Testament in the Old is concealed" Also, what things written in the Bible should I forget? I know the Bible quite well. I study it in its original languages and the more research I do, the more concord and harmony I see between the Old and New testaments.

The only word of God came from Jesus, not the writers? How then do you explain Paul's remarks in 2 Timothy chapter 3? "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."

I'm confused, perhaps you can clairfy your position?

True enough - but his student Plato wrote about his ideas. A bit like the Apostles I suppose.
