Personally I don't see anything stopping him beyond some sort of medical issue and frankly I doubt Joe Biden's ability to last the campaign trail. So it looks like Trump will be president, what should be his priorities? This is my order, what is yours?

    1. Immigration

    2, The economy

    3. International relations including the conflicts in the Ukraine/Middle East

    4. Reform of the legal system to prevent "lawfare"/cutting crime

    5. Other?

Given Trump's previous behaviour, I would say his priorities as next POTUS will be:

    1. Extending his presidential term beyond 2028.
    2. Revenge.
    3. Turning american domestic and international politics into a chaotic & strangely unresolvable soap opera, of which he is the lead soprano.

The best thing Donald Trump could do if he achieves power again is make sure no more Donald Trump's can ever be elected again. Perhaps the introduction of a competency test or some kind of guardrail to prevent future dumpster fires from sitting at the resolute desk, hijacking an entire country and willing to watch it burn to serve nothing but his own selfish megalomaniacal desires and leaving us saddled with his progeny who would like to use the White House to do the same self-enriching that they watched their father do. The problem with MAGA is it does not know how to build anything, only to cannibalize it for it's own greedy ends like the robber barons it's namesakes love to emulate.

Trump won't be able to get past his fragile ego.... his narcissism won't let him imo

He needs to get control of the border, but there are so many problems that Biden and the people who control him have created, it will be almost overwhelming.

    Changing his diaper more frequently.

But the bottom line is “none of the above” because his priorities will be the same as last time - Grift and Golf

His priority could be to make the North American borders great again by restoring them to the state they were in in 1620.

I DISAGREE with the starement that "Trump will be president,".

However, I will say that the implementation of ANY President's "prorities" are so dependent on the actions of a gridlocked Congress, that (on some level) it probably doesn't matter what the President wants.
As far as the "order of priorities", unless a Prez has both Houses of Congress it is a moot point.

Trump, if elected, should pick priorities that he can actually achieve. That will depend on the makeup of the next Congress. Currently there is a slight edge predicted for Republicans in both the House and Senate. However, the likely Senate makeup will be less than the 60 Republicans needed to do things unilaterally. So even with a Republican House and Senate, aggressive legislative programs are unlikely to pass.

Executive orders for radical change are also likely to be held up in the courts. All those Federalist Society judges installed by McConnell are likely actual Conservatives and not MAGA true believers.

I personally went with the economy as the number one priority because......

China has done quite a job of convincing the Washington and Ottawa Swamp to greatly decrease the productivity of Canadian and American workers over these past five years......

by using a pandemic to pretty much make being productive.... illegal!

There are rumours that China has already let loose something even worse than C o v i d 1 9 so........... preventing China from repeating what they accomplished since 2019 in what could well be the ECONOMIC PART OF WWIII..... seems to be necessary to winning against China?!

Do Biden's advisors and Trudeau's advisors seem to want to crash the markets?

    ?

I'm looking forward to him doing exactly what he did the first time- namely continue to make America great again.

Simple. Have the borders completely open as they were in 1620.
Think of the money saved in infrastructure and security.
In a capitalist free market economy such as America the population, just like prices in the market, will find its own level.
Unless you want to try all that ‘authoritarian’ government controlled ‘socialist’ stuff so many Americans seem to be against.

Close one. The uni-party's support for nation rape is ultimately about destroying the west. It is a very high priority for them. But another move may help sort things out.

We moved from government mandated/supported DEI to a court that finds affirmative action is a violation of the 14th Amendment. Trump must work to give us judges and justices that prioritize the 1st Amendment protection of freedom of association over the 14th's hallucinated bars on using race as determining factor as to who even private interests can hire and fire. Hire and fire, provide opportunities to whoever you want for reasons that are yours as a free person to make. The rest may sort itself out.

In previous immigration posts, you had mentioned the Indians, so now you want to repeat that? What about the Indians?

That's twice you've mentioned socialists. I would ask you to explain the link between your open borders proposal and socialism, but I suspect you are simply flinging out buzzwords. So the take away is that open borders is good, it was good for the Indians and it will be good for us.

Do you agree it was good for the Indians?
