Reagan signed the amnesty bill for 3 million illegals after reaching a deal with congressional Democrats. The deal was: amnesty, in exchange for sealing the border. But after Reagan signed the amnesty bill, the lying Dems walked away and did nothing on the border.

Reagan trusted them and was fooled. He said it was the biggest mistake of his presidency. It resulted in another 12+ million illegals entering over the next 30 years.

This is why Republicans will never agree to "comprehensive reform". The border has to be sealed first, for several years.

 

i mean, every single time an illegal immigrant commits a crime your heart halfway gives out and that's only happened 3 times in the past month. by my estimation, there's probably been a ton of horrible **** that wasn't illegal immigrants doing it in the same amount of time. so i think the scores are still about proportionally equal.
