If every business in America can be harassed and taxed by the IRS, then every business can face a penalty for hiring illegals.

Every employee must show a valid Social Security number upon employment, that can be checked.

Every time a business is caught hiring an illegal they face an increasing penalty.

This insanity has to stop. Our government has been collecting taxes from working Americans , and using the money as incentives for people to move to America and sit on their ass.

Welfare is not for males. Welfare is used to tell women to come to America, get checks for having children, enroll your kids in free worthless schools, get supplemented rent or mortgage, and if you have any problems go to county hospitals, ...and if you don't feel like paying, don't worry about it.

Once the Socialists bankrupted our healthcare system, their solution was to FORCE every working person to buy health insurance with Obamacare.

You can't blame people for making the choice to leave Mexico where they have nothing, and come to America where the government will pay you to watch Oprah.

The Socialist view says Americans have to give their prosperity to everyone around the world or they're racist.

I'm not trying to sound mean but it's not our problem. If these people want to improve their lives they need to do what our founders did, which was to FIGHT for a TRUE Constitutional society based in Christianity, in their country.

What will these people do without businesses participating in the corruption? If they can't get work as a criminal invader, and they can't get hand-outs, they'll migrate back. No camps and railroad cars needed.

All you have to do is make it illegal, under penalty of imprisonment, to provide (rent of sell) housing, food, medical care or employment to illegals. As soon as landlords, business owners, store management and doctors start being put in jail, then the illegals will be cut off. They will very quickly take an old slogan of Taco Bells to heart, and run for the border. Of course Mexico would then start building a wall on their side of the border to keep them out. Maybe that's what Obama meant when he said that Mexico would pay for the wall.

Yeah, doctors refusing medical care to patients is sure to help your cause, and surely won't backfire in a spectacular fashion.

Illegals have the right to healthcare in their country of origin.

I don't think anybody has "the right to healthcare", but I do think that it would be cruel, very inadvisable, and probably illegal to imprison doctors for treating illegal immigrants.

    In fact, I know that.

How would that work in practice? Someone pulls up to the drive-through window at fast-food place; Is the server meant to somehow validate the customers’ legal status or risk their or their managers’ imprisonment?

You would have to either give the courts a hard requirement to prove the business knew the customer didn’t have legal status (which would be difficult to establish in most cases) or you shift such a burden of responsibility on to businesses that millions of entirely legal citizens who look like they might be illegal (and we know what that mean) end up being denied a vast range of basic services.
