"Christine Lagarde, the head of the International Monetary Fund, was negligent in her handling of a long-running fraud case, a French court has ruled. A special court made up of members of parliament and magistrates announced the guilty verdict on Monday in Paris. But it also said Lagarde won't be fined, serve any jail time, or receive a criminal record." Rest of Article Here Good liberal Christine Lagarde walks away with no jail time. Another addition to the "too big to jail" list. Keeping her position there obviously gave her an advantage, similar to what Hillary would have had if she had won the Presidency. It's just another great example of those in high positions of power who are exempt from the law and any accountability. Anyone else would have received one year in prison and a criminal record. All of these multinational banks and organizations must be disbanded as the people can't vote them out. The corruption will only continue as long as they don't have to answer to the public.
Because she knows she can't be touched. So she goes on with business as usual. This is why we have to change the system.
Here's a photo that says it all. She's thinking "It's so easy when the system is rigged and I can get away with anything."
Yup I agree, like undermining the policies of any nation who borrowed and indebted to ensure payments. In IMF money rules it's not really for funding but for business.
You know, I'd hate to work for any of you guys. "Ulyanov, you put the wrong date on this package, You're under arrest and I'll see you in Jail" "But that's the date you told me to put on" "You should have checked, I'm charging you with criminal fraud, your resume said you didn't make mistakes"
